Not including those...other years. :patrice:You knew Vince would ruin him.

His WCW run in '98-'99 is how you make a motherfukker look strong/unstoppable.

Ran thru the roster but in a way that was believable and made a win mean something, so anybody who got a W at that time would of been instantly over... but of course Nash had to fukk that up :beli:

If Vince wasn't so fukking senile he would have Brock/new guy(Dean) eating off that blueprint.

Just imagine Brock walking in to WM32 watever-0(post 2012) and Dean gets a W solidifying him as that dude.

Edit: Kane's first run might have been a little more epic and his story with Taker really meant something. Taker not wanting to fight him really had a young me debating morals and shyt. He was made to look like a legit freak monster. Dude even had us marking out for a unmasking like 6 years after his debut.

How it ended with Nash aside, it was one of the best shyt ever seen. I pray a WWE release of that run is both a reality soon and done without it coming off like some "Self Destruction of Ultimate Warrior" smear shyt.

The problem with it....they CHOSE TO MAKE HIM a star and in the course, gave him a lot of easy money and created a monster with his backstage presence. It could only be done once because they CHOSE to put him over everyone with little training and the desperate need to fight the oncoming WWF onslaught that was gaining steam in 98.

Ultimate Warrior is up there too...well his first initial run. That shyt was perfect.

Asuka's build in NXT has been reminding me of a shortened Warrior run... she needs to be fed a few jobbers though. Dana Brooke made her look SO fukking good.

I'm not really down with the lame mini-PPV booking of Raw tbh. Much preferred having WWF Challenge or whatever mainly being squashes, promos and run-ins leading to proper matches at PPV. Have the odd special like SNME, but you don't need established names spoiling their chemistry week in week out on TV... it's just such a waste.
