Rice is a guy to grab off the waiver wire and stash on your bench until mid-season. It doesn't sound like he's ready yet, at all. T.O. might actually perform if that is the case, as the other wideouts there aren't great. Big Mike Wallace, or BMW is a joke and Tate is pretty average.

He was a bum, good call by them. Gotta take my own advice and check out the depth charts a bit more thoroughly! Not really checking for anyone on Sea though 
hence why I didn't know he got cut.
