Yeah she has to be at this point. If she needs meds to stay alive, ain’t no way she’s still surviving without them a month later. And it ain’t like they just went to Walgreens or something and reupped the prescriptions to give them to her to keep her alive.

Only thing I can think that makes sense, if this was truly a kidnapping for ransom, was it was botched when they realized she couldn’t survive without meds and they couldn’t hold her for long while trying to secure the ransom request. She dies and now they’re stuck with a homicide on top of everything else.

you can get all those medications in mexico, i don’t think she’s alive but, with enough planning (which it appears they had) they easily could have purchased those medications in advance.
