Bro is just chatting. A creative prosecutor can make that into a low level attempted assault charge.
So you are admitting like I said they would have to stretch or over charge to make it criminal. Thanks.
Competitant defense should be able to get the majority of the criminal charges dismissed outright, if they throw a dildo on court and leave when requested by the venue.

Its literally not criminal throwing a dildo on a court isn't a criminal action, just like throwing a drink on the court isn't criminal.

You will not find a single criminal charge for fans throwing trash on the field or etc.

Its not criminal, until you get to the level of say batteries and actually hitting and harming someone.
That said they aren't hiting players they are throwing dildos on the court.
Not criminal.

Its sad though, a lot of you have the mindset of women. You are arguing for the expansion of a law that would ultimately negatively effect black men (historically and currently, we are still the most heavily policed group in the US) so its shows a complete lack of forethought or thinking of 2nd or 3rd order events that actually impact people.
You gossip about porn stars. Shut the hell up bozo.

It’s not a stretch whatsoever. You’re harping on the word dildo when the point is you can almost always charge someone with assault for throwing shyt at somebody or for throwing some shyt that is likely to hit somebody. It’s just whether you want to or not. It’s called prosecutorial discretion. The fact that someone doesn’t exercise a power does not mean that power doesn’t exist. And with how widespread it is becoming, they will be more prone to prove a point.

look at the charges
disorderly conduct, public indecency/indecent exposure, and criminal trespass.
They are over charging to send a message.
If he refused to leave they will have him on criminal trespass, that is about it.

disorderly conduct is getting thrown out
public indency and indecent exposure are getting thrown out
Neither of these statutes , which are explicit in what they merit, in GA , will hold up

I'm not harping on dildo, in fact I even said trash. I even made an exception for an item being targeted at someone and hitting them by referencing the battery. I said and will say again very clearly, that an item being thrown on the court is not a criminal matter.

Yes stretching the definition of or trying to extend a charge is common practice for politically minded DAs, you know this and everyone who watches court proceedings knows this. Widespread of the act should require a law to address it, not judicial activism in expanding law into areas it was not meant.

Like I said before, they can get you on trespass, they can get you if you hit and hurt someone, throwing an item on the court is not a criminal act.

I think it's corny. What's funny about it?

There are but the people doing this don't care about being banned from WNBA games. Do they get banned from arena or attending WNBA games?

They need to start charging them with assault and maximize the penalty.
If Nyggas can get shot for having Fake guns, them white boys should be charged with Rape for throwing Dycks...

is this occurring at different arenas, or is it all in the same place? cuz it'd be crazy to imagine someone going from town to town to throw a vibrator on the court.
