Oregon and District of Columbia Vote to Legalize Marijuana
Washington, D.C., voters resoundinglypassed a marijuana legalization initiative, The Associated Press projects. With 80 percent of precincts reporting, 69 percent of voters had approved of legalization. A similar proposal won in Oregon, also according to The A.P., winning with 54 percent, with 62 percent of precincts in.
Polls in Alaska, where voters are also considering legalizing marijuana, will close at 1 a.m. Eastern Time Wednesday morning.
In D.C., Congress can overrule voters’ choice to legalize, and Representative Andy Harris, a Republican from Maryland, has signaled his intention to push Congress to do so.
Voters in Florida did not pass a proposal to legalize marijuana for medical purposes. The proposal in Florida, a constitutional amendment, had 57 percent of the vote with 98 percent of precincts in, but needed 60 to pass. The A.P. projected the amendment had been defeated.

Florida nikkas couldn't come out to vote for this?

. The judge had to let them stay open for 2 extra hours. Supposedly the jurors who give your ballots got robot called and got sent off so they weren't ready to open. And people wonder why we're one of the worst states in the country
. Honestly they were both bad choices, Quinn was just the lesser of two evils. I just don't trust Rauner. Plus he has a punch-able face.
