Today marks the 13th anniversary of Lil Wayne's iconic "Lollipop" single

One of maybe 5 defining songs of 2008 summer, where we all partied obliviously as the markets collapsed, in our early 20's. I saw Wayne twice that year at HOB in San Diego. 2008/2009 is the last I really listened to Wayne.

90% of Wayne songs have aged poorly.. that’s why he fell off so badly and has been irrelevant for a good 7-8 years while Tap dancing for Trump
