That's because Sosa and McGwire had that 1998 chase. Despite that, Bonds was clearly the best player in the 90's. Griffey got more pub, because Griffey was more liked and Bonds just didn't give a damn about how people viewed him.

I'll give u that. It's apples and oranges to me because like I said Griff was plagued by injuries so nobody knows how long he would have been on top or how many possible mvp's or homeruns were lost. I was a huge Griffey fan but never a big Bonds fan but I always respected him as a player, but yeah Griffey's decline started when Barry hit his stride seems like.

I followed that up by sayin if Griffey would have took care of himself people would look at Bonds like they did Sosa when him and Mcgwire was smashin shyt. Meaning they were both great but no matter what Sosa did folks only cared about Mcgwire for real. Not literally saying he was on the level of sosa. I think yall misunderstanding what I was tryin to say, and also I didnt care about him juicin, I never mentioned that one time because truth be told he was consistent before the accusations.
