Before July 17... try to eat really healthy, not watch porn, not have sex with a non wife. .....or at least not during the day , get rid of some vices, save ur money, meditate, and control your urges.

If you can control sex, eating, and sleeping/meditation you will be come a god basically and you could fukk 300 women by the end of the year... w min effort.


But really u should be waiting for ur wife.

I'mma attempt to fast. I can easily do the no food thing....but I'mma have to at least have one sip of water. My throat gets dry easily and it's hot af in Texas.
