NFL teams suck at drafting QBs wtf:mjlol:

They picked Peyton over Ryan Leaf
They picked Cam over Jake Locker
They picked Andrew Luck over RG III
They picked Matt Stafford over Mark Sanchez

Not saying they get it right 100% or even 50% of the time. But IMO they are right more often than McShay and Kiper.

Well yeah but compared to the amount of time and data available, they suck at it

The NFL and people like Todd McShay put too much value into dumb shyt like 6'5, 230lbs rather than whether a mufukka can play football and was successful at the highest levels.

Yeah scouting comes into play even if a kid didn't play at a top program like Khalil Mack.
But you can't tell me that someone like Josh Dobbs, Lamar Jackson or Jerod Evans -- guys who played in tough conferences and are mobile threats have to drop several rounds or go unpicked at all.

fukkin Greg Ward Jr can't get a look, even as a WR, but Chad Kelly gets drafted?
:hhh:

Meanwhile we gotta deal wit this horse shyt...

I think we often get critical when it comes to the qb thing, I get it, we want more black qbs, and for every good qb we perceive there are bad ones, that we refuse to be critical over, but in the same breath I see a lot of white qbs that keep getting them checks, so it's room for avg/ok black qbs. I can tell you this dobbs got talent, but he forces the ball, and lacks accuracy, I actually liked Keizer out of all the qbs even over Watson, time will tell, who's the best, even though the team dynamics play a bigger role in the qbs progress and Watson went to a good situation

apparently there's no room for average black quarterbacks.

Look around the NFL. If you ain't a star inside 2.5 years you're cut. No backup job. Nothing.

It's the hardest position to judge. So many different things come into play with that position

There's all busts everywhere but nobody gives a shyt when a guard isn't good

Seriously, if you're wrong frequently and missing by a mile, why and how you do still have a job?

I'm starting to think people are watching/listening to him just to feel good. Like it's overhyping themselves up.

Regarding Lamar, any QB coach would want to work with that arm strength and overall playmaking ability. Anyone see that video in high school when he threw the ball 100 yards and the other one where he was routinely hitting 70+ yard strikes to the corner during warm ups?

*Jay Z voice* it's only entertainment!
