Man she simping you out. Having you come over there, tutor her and I know you tutoring her for free. She basically ends up telling you the dinner thing ain't going down if you ain't paying. That's straight up disrespect, but you are young and will probably go ahead and go for it because you feel you got a shot at them draws... but just based on her initial reaction, I know she has limited respect for you, so while you might do whatever with her a couple of times, you'll be put on the backburner and she'll stay flaking on you unless she needs a favor.

Yeah, she sounds like one of those some-timish type girls. Still talk to her, but I would fall back and not be asking her out on any dates anymore, that's for sure. If she was truly feeling you, school wouldn't be an excuse for the lack of communication, and she def wouldn't be asking if you were paying right from the jump.
