Revolutionary Crunchy Granola Tom

Anyone who lets their kids drink soda, especially coke should have their children taken away from them.
And who keeps cereal in their house, its not different than potato chips.

Folks like to hate on you when you tell the truth but love you when you lie to them.

He ain't lying though
He right about Coke, I don't buy that shyt for my kids. My son only drinks Sprite and my daughter hates soda.
I'm grown and the only time I drink Coke is when I mix it with cognac sometimes
Frosted Flakes a different story, I was raised on that shyt. It's not the best but it's alot other cereals he could have went at before them

Swap the sausage for an apple or a few slices of avocado, much healthier. Also whole wheat toast only.
For the same reason french fries are not a vegetable.
A potato is already bottom on the totem pole when it comes to vegetables, nutrition-wise. While technically a root veggie, its starchiness and ultra-high glycemic index makes it actually much closer to a refined grain product than something you should eat consistently every day.
On top of that, frying anything causes the fat content and caloric value to skyrocket, and they're also loaded with salt. So its basically taking one thing that is not super healthy to begin with, and adding a bunch of fat and salt. On top of all that, potato chips arent very filling so people tend to eat a lot more than they realize.
Try baking your own sweet potato chips in the oven as a healthy alternative

... Aside from valid resources on the net, start reading my nikka Charles Darwin, his writings will blow your mind and once the evolutionary process clicks, you'll be like
at how "simply intricate" this thing called nature is. It's fits together in a very logical stream and makes absolute sense, the hard part is envisioning it on the genetic level and erasing all the junk knowledge popular culture feeds us as evolutionary facts (ie humans come from monkeys
). No preconceived notions when reading Darwin makes it easier to understand.
whats the difference between sprite and coke?
