fukk that. If you told me to give up meat and live one year longer or continue to eat how you are now (which isn't that bad to be honest). I think a year ain't a bad trade off in exchange for some ribs and burgers every now and then.

It ain't eating the ribs and burgers every now & then that'll get ya, though... a grilled burger that comes from an excellent meat source and not going overboard on the condiments is not even a meal I'd say deserves condemnation...

It's the artificial, processed, & canned sh!t (and of course excess alcohol) that'll escort you to a miserable twilight of your life.

Everyone should know about GMOS by now and if you don't, put that damn 'cell'-phone (which destroys your brain cells) down and study. I stopped drinking soda's over 10 years ago; its crack cocaine. Get rid of all cereals, they are all genetically modified foods, aka, not real food!!! Purchase organic if you must have cereal.

General mills wont remove GMOs for United States, but does for Europe | Health

I'm aware of all this, however:

- Coke is not a "no go", it's a "don't drink it like it's water"...and people shouldn't call CPS on parents
for letting their children drink some. That's crazy talk.

Recently, I have been making changes to incorporate healthier eating and I've experience a difference so far.

I do agree that junk food should be limited (not banned) when it comes to children.

However, I would be lying if I said that I didn't enjoy a greasy cheeseburger from time to time or if I didn't treat my nephews to the occasional treat.

Some of these health food nuts are getting ridiculous. It's like they want to police everybody's dinner plate and parent shame you if you give a kid a freaking cookie.

Some of you all are nothing but a nut, a freaking nut. A nut of chaos that wants splurge on everybody else desires, dreams, and tummies.

No wonder so many people are miserable because they can't enjoy life thanks to the enlighten dictators that run rampant in today's world.

That's why chicks who come from proper homes are usually the first ones to get thotted out when they enter college. All the repression and being told "everything is bad for you" crap.

Makes me sick.

I hate this new world where everyone is offended and talking all this clean eating crap like its a status symbol.

CalorIes in/calories out has alway been true. And even McDonald's has measurables. I've lost weight eating chipotle, McDonald's, or Wendy's everyday...drinking beers regularly & walking 3-5miles per day as I can easily measure walking/running calories with map my run. I've lost 20lbs years ago simply counting calories.

Calories in/calories out. Brady is a moron...kids burn that cereal off at recess & PE.

Be it Atkins diet, 8hr diet, or eating foods like whole grains that fill you up. You are reducing caloric intake...period.

I prefer counting cause I don't like limits & I'm willing to walk 4miles a day.

600 cal: couple egg mcmuffins
-200 cal: 2miles walk
1045 aprox cal: chipotle burrito minus guac
260 cal: natural ice 24oz
-200 cal: 2mile walk
560 cal: serving bbq chips, cup apple sauce, 2 frozen chicken breast out that Tyson bag that I'll bake.

2050-2065 calories total.... & I lost 1/2lbs per week doing that. Mayo clinic website has a calculator to find your calorie needed for you weight then subtract 250cals for 1/2lbs per week or 500 for 1lbs per week. Check every couple weeks as you need lees calories as you lose weight. Lean protein & whole grains can fill you up on less calories if you struggle.
