Let be honest with ourselves. There are some people who just don't have that family mindset inside them. Tom's life for the most part has been football. Once he got a taste of normal family life with being home all the time with the wife and kids, he said fukk this and went back to the game and secured himself a gig once he retires again. Football is all he knows and he's not ready to give it up yet. Who know what happens to him once he retires for good.
