Black women are trying to run the show? That's your issue? Why are you trying to get "permission" from your women to lead? Leaders don't need to ask to be "allowed" to lead. No woman can crown her man king. If you are a leader then the shyt is automatic. If more black men stepped their game up and lead on their own without being "allowed" to lead then women wouldn't have to be in the position to lead. Black women are only "running the show" because the men aren't.
Don't get into a woman's car and ask her for the keys so you can drive. Have your own car, and your own keys and she will sit in the passenger seat and enjoy the ride. When you are setting up your own shyt and killing the game and women STILL aren't following suit, then you have the right to complain.

i agree with a a lot of what you said, but it seems way more prevalent with black women. you're more likely to see black women calling themselves mixed than african/black. it seems like once more black women got online in the social media era. they saw the flood of racism against them, and they buckled under the pressure.
