I really cannot understand how the general, and overarching themes of Tommy's message TO Blacks just unabashedly just DART right over your guys' heads!
It's truly sad, if you think about it. 
a) He says he does not give one fukk what the dominant society THINKS of Black people. This alone should stop the critique of this video, BTW.
b) He speaks on how Sterling has employed nothing but Black men over the past 30 years.
......All the meanwhile differentiating him from a RACIST (someone HOLDING POWER AWAY from a group) to just an old, basic, White man who feels the way that many BLACK people feel towards each other (moving from blk areas once they get power to do so, etc.). 
YES, he doesn't like Black people. He's a POS for that, but he's not holding power from them. He's playing chess with the best NBA labor available. That's what an OWNER does.c) TJ basically says that blacks need to stop caring about what other groups THINK about us and morese worry about what black people are DOING for EACH OTHER.
That's all I really get out of these vids.
He's in the same boat as me when I think that shyt needs to get a little HOTTER for Black people to realize that CRYING 
to the dominant society for acceptance is NOT going to be the way to obtain real TANGIBLE power.

I agree with some of the things said by tommy..the NBA would NOT be the NBA w/out black men. they could all come together and form their teams and be their own managers if they wanted too. this man is old and grew up in a generation where whites and blacks didn't attend the same schools or even drink from the same water fountains. are you guys really shocked an 80 year old white man is racist??? every race says outta pocket stuff about other races behind closed doors what he said just so happen to be recorded. oh well, life goes on. the nba is modern day slavery in my opinion anyways.
