The way Americans write dates..reminds me of a homicide case (doc I watched on youtube) that happened a while ago.
Asian (pakistani/Arab type) living in America met Arab type girl on a dating site. Came to visit her in the UK..booked a hotel went out to eat etc..went back to the hotel and murdered her.
Before he left he wrote a suicide note (make it look like the girl wrote it as it came out she was already involved in a domestic situation #gmb)but the problem when he dated that suicide note he used the American version (everyone else uses the day/month/year version).
They got him.
