And how it's looking democrats won't support a big government program like reparations

Put the plan out and who ever grab it you support. At the end of the day neither party really fuks with us but you got to put business over emotions to get what you want.

I'm not understanding your argument. If you don't think Democrats are going to support reparations do you believe the Republicans will? If we look at the recent track record we know Republicans are violently opposed to most social programs and look for any excuse to cut funding from them such as Medicaid and Medicare. When Paul Ryan introduced the tax cuts that Trump passed he explicitly stated that the next step was to look at cutting entitlements ie Medicaid and Medicare. If they don't want to fund something as universal as Medicaid and Medicare what makes you think they are going to support something as robust as reparations which would be exclusive to ADOS.

The reason we are putting the focus on pressuring Democrats for reparations is because they have a history of supporting social programs similar to it and the recent progressive push is very much about social and economic justice. The fact that we vote Democrat at a very high rate and their success depends largely on our support gives us some leverage. If Republicans didn't have such and abhorrent track record in relation to social programs then I could see your idea of "put the plan out and whoever grabs it you support" would make sense. I can almost guarantee you that no Republican is going to really support the idea of reparations in good faith.

Its us ADOS cats fault lowkey. We should've been ditched Tariq and certain cats on here who rep ADOS....
When xenophobia is your #1 goal, anyone who is willing to play a part has a position. Think about it like white supremacy. Do you think they are all on the same page? Never but they are always on the same page when it comes to what's good and bad for their key goal.

The issue with Black folks is, to do things, you LITERALLY gotta be all in on the same page. It's the same way with niche things in the white community but they fukk with each other so much that it's natural and they don't turn toxic with each other if they all have the same purpose. It's in our nature due to white supremacy to backstab each other at some point and it always happens to no fail.

The one thing I learned is the only way Black folks go do something and stick with it is if it's natural, good and whole in nature which obviously ados isn't but the issue with that is it normally gets you nothing of value. That's a hard pill to swallow for a lot of Black folks and that's why it's difficult to make the change.

My advice would be to really find what you are personally and be the best version of you as possible and hope some people can learn and grow from it. All of these little groups are just dead ends for us. The only reason why guys like Tariq last so long is the entertainment factor and you know how we and entertainment are.

I don't believe neither will support it unless they can benefit from it.

No democrat will support it in good faith, we're talking about white folks who don't give a fuk about us

I'm not into that one party is better bs, if one was better than we won't be in the position we're in now. I'm not about to sit on here and defend a group that won't defend my peoples.

I don't know how you were raised but I was told not to trust white folks like that because they're not here for you, so keep it strictly business

A lot projection and emotion as well. Tariq kept repeating “I don’t like y’all, I know you don’t like me...” Tone nor Yvette have ever indicated they didn’t like Tariq. Yvette regularly gave props to Tariq for his jokes (particularly about Roland) and said she loves his humor. Tariq just still feels a way (which he stated on the show) about her comments towards Dr. Welsing. He still can’t let that go even though she apologized profusely. So, Tariq is either straight up lying or letting dusty internet trolls get in his head. Tone/Yvette seldom mention Tariq and when do it’s always been love.

Tariq is trying to hijack the ADOS movement. Clearly obvious.

He should be directing people to Yvette and Tone. That's how a team works

Tariq knows nothing about this and should be forced to step aside. He's a real life Rollo Goodlove.

Whatever the case may be we still have to push for it and I'm just explaining to you why we have more leverage with the Democratic party. I'm not defending the Democratic party I'm talking strictly facts and track record. I agree we aren't in a good position but we were in a worse position 50 years ago and an even worse position 100 years ago. The point being we have to keep pushing to get what we are owed.

I have grandparents that's still alive that fought and got arrested during the civil rights era, my mom is almost 60 and has been fighting since a jitt and has worked on a few campaigns and they're still complaing and fighting for the same stuff they were back then

Nothing has really changed but our lifestyle and higher paying jobs and black folks are still at the bottom of that.

I been to city council meetings and watched the black council people fold, I seen smaller black politicians sell out to crackas, we have a new mayor here who is a gay racist democrat and I watched black politicians defend her. I watched andrew gillum not mention doing nothing for black people in florida but he mentioned everybody else, I voted twice for obama. I watched these c00n ass judges and other people. At this point I'm tired of the whole damn party, I changed my voter party to no party.

Us black folks are getting played.

I'm sorry you feel that way. I'm sure plenty of people in the past and present have felt the same but again we have to keep pushing.
