It was a brilliant strategy, more teams are definitely going to do the same, you can't put a non-shooting wing on the floor anymore.

You can, you just have to have elite shooters out there with him or he has to be a great playmaker with the potential to hit something. Golden State just won a title with Andre Iguodala being their MVP. Tony Allen is such a terrible shooter it is literally astonishing; and the fact that he has no other offensive ability (passing, dribbling, can't even finish at the rim on wide open fast breaks) is incredible.
