I think he’s going to sue WWE. He won’t win but probably out of frustration he’s going to use his money to try to tie them up in some litigation for something petty like contract tampering or something. Khan fired Punk with cause, so he doesn't have a lawsuit unless there's a universal non-compete on Punk's contract (and there isn't, obviously, or he wouldn't be in WWE).
People have posted here how dumb Khan is not to negotiate a partial payoff of Punk's contract in exchange for a non-compete of at least 90 days. Might as well throw Punk a couple million to keep him off TV until early 2024.
