It wasn't a nascar race. It was a dirt track race with one of them goofy looking cars some of them dudes drive for fun.

Sprint cars probably the hardest to control racecar out there. Stupid power (700+hp) in a gokart body.

I think it's a HUGE assumption to think other dude is dead. I know this is the Internet and there are basically no rules, but there's nooooothing confirmed on that end. It takes a lot to kill a dude even if an eyewitness said he was thrown 50 yards, which I don't believe
