It's unreal. Tony finally kills someone (to quote someone over at Deadspin) with his antics, and he's allowed to race the next day. And the question is merely should he race? instead of how is he allowed to race?

Ugh. Crazy man. From a moral perspective, or what many of us probably define as moral behavior, he probably shouldn't race.

But tony Stewart -- the brand, the national independent race driver contractor, the business, the suspect in a criminal investigation -- HAS to race. No other way around it.


But yeah, being allowed to race is another matter.

And looking around the internet, people STILL are sticking up for this jackass. Even though in the clip you clearly hear him rev up the engine. And all the other cars managed to avoid hitting him.

Spoiler alert Naw but seriously, that was horrible to watch. I know it's dumb to run out on the track like that but I think Tony could of swerved and missed him. Not like Tony was going that fast.

It looks like most people are saying the accident was in killing the kid, not in aiming for the kid in the first place. This shyt is common in that kind of racing? He was trying to use his car to throw mud on the kid? It's normal for drivers to get out of their car and throw obscene gestures at fellow racers who knock them out?

It's normal for Tony Stewart to lose his temper and act reckless, and there's multiple stories of him doing so on the track?

The only investigation needs to be on how heavy the charges should be. If he gets away scot free, if they try to claim they won't charge him because it was an accident.....

And they say "White Privilege" doesn't exist. But oddly enough it's more pressing concerns than this bs.
