We can do a million hypotheticals here. If Yayo was in charge, G-Unit probably wouldn't even be a thing. He had the worst album out of the crew and then went on to regress his career.

So it's crazy to act like anyone would sign to Yayo if he was in charge.

We really don't know

"if I ran G-Unit, I would've signed J.Cole, Danny Brown, etc" :mjlol:

Ain't nobody signing to G-Unit in the 2010s, and especially not because of Yayo :russ:

Kids without a deal will sign anywhere and to anyone with a name. :yeshrug:

The real issue is those guys likely wouldnโ€™t have seen anywhere near the level of success with G Unit.

Sure, then I ask you to show me an artist he was able to properly groom into a star. Not even a signee, but anyone he's cosigned.

If you display zero business acumen throughout your 20 year career, I'm not going to believe any shoulda coulda woulda stuff out of you.

That would have been his opportunity/first gig right there. And def would have placed him in top tier status/A&R of the year type of shyt. You cant have a better start than that.

Cole is not blowing up under Tony Yayo. A big reason why people love him is his story about getting signed to Hov and he wouldn't get half of the support he would through an independent G-Unit in the 2010s versus what Rocnation is capable of. Rocnation has power and influence over all of the major radio stations, blogs, etc. G-Unit was hardly getting any coverage in the 2010s unless it was 50 going viral.
