too many stickied threads

no coincidence the 2 least used subforums on this entire forum have the most stickies.. the content is garbage
the coliseum has 5 sticky threads (usually has 1-2 but with Kobe retiring and a NFL player death, a few more stickies, understandably)
The Locker Room has 2 sticky threads
The booth has 6 sticky threads (usually 3-4)
Using the film room (another dead sub forum) as an examplethe fukk kinda example is that
where was PC gaming mentioned at all? Did I say anything about the other console games on there ? No one gives a shyt about ratchet and clank or quantum break
We ALL know this is because it's a console game. if this was a random joe blow PC game you'd be stannin left and right "Omg there's 400K viewing it RIGHT NOW!?!

While I don't mind the stickies, maybe we can come to a compromise on them. I agree with the giveaway threads and the deals thread. Plus the bottom of the forum is fine with all the league threads, essential threads like official console and mobile platform threads, plus the popular threads. Now as far as the stickies, I say we give games a month life span on there. That way they gain popularity when they're released and the thread already builds up its users. After a month, most people will be following the thread or atleast consistently posting in it. There are threads on page one from yesterday afternoon, including this one that was buried near the middle or bottom. If a game thread is popular, it won't sink to page two. It'll still be near the top.
But now to play devil's advocate. If you put the division thread with the main threads, wouldn't it be the same since it'll be near the top of the page anyways? If scrolling down to pass a thread is an issue, then how are you gonna find other threads? I just, I don't even.
