Congrats to OP on the material gains.
I would check your ego and self-confidence if you felt like you needed to make this thread just to show off to a bunch of people who weren't thinking about you and don't even know you.
Why get an 8000 sq ft house if you're young and single? You probably spend majority of your time in less than a quarter of the house, have to drop lotta bread buying all that furniture, and the utility bill in the winter
