Took the plunge and copped a refurbished Macbook. Tell me what ya'll think.

i would've waited...$1400 when a redesign or big refresh is probably due next year

now if it was a $1000 or less...you got a good mac just paid too much for what u got.

Those alone are worth the admission. I bought mines because windows audio drivers and third party ones are TRASH compared to Apple's stock audio and that makes all the difference when making music. They both do the same shyt, one is just better at doing certain things and built better.

My nikka the track pad MAKES the Mac, best track pad on any laptop or device period. Hell yeah nikka....there is no windows trackpad that comes even remotely close.

All I know is Firefox uses heavy memory and flash crashes from time to time. That's for the birds. Plus I'm not feelin windows 8.1 either if I were to get a windows machine.

same one i got when it dropped, i got it for 1700 and its still perfect...but the only thing is you cannot update the hardrive or ram but if you can get passed that then its pretty much a good deal.
