The Swillz guy has a decent and growing following as an internet rapper from Raleigh. This shyt is working in his favor honestly, he's picking up views and follows and mentions and interviews off hating on Toosii.
Toosii from over NE Rgh, nobody defines him as a guy who was drilling or getting street paper. But he also somebody people show love to and respect, i aint never heard nobody having an issue with him. He probably did come from an impoverished background.
Toosii talks a little spicy here and there and has flicked up with hammers like a bunch of other nikkas, so its fair to say that he perpetuates the image that he's a street dude. He kinda proved he's not like that by meeting and addressing this guy, though.
Rgh never had the violence reputation some NC cities have but Rgh always been known for having a lot of big money street guys floating around, and being the center of gang culture in NC.
