You think YOUR (America's) Census was polling the people in these countries?
THe reason i brough this up is because this shyt says Haiti has 9M black people. Which i believe is already low. But then it says the population is 95% black. Haiti has about 10.5M people. THERE ARENT 1M non-black people in Haiti, doggy. EVen if you count tourists and foreign contractors. Barely reach 100K and i really mean BARELY.

Doggy im just saying from the American point of view if you have a black grandfather you are therefore black but that "rule" doesnt apply everywhere so im asking what the author considers black

im not saying Brazil doesn't have the most blacks outside of Africa.
There is not 80 million blacks in Brazil. That would make them 40% of the population when most official stats put blacks at 8% of the population

It's funny it never occured to me that black Americans had those kind of numbers. 
I guess them being less than 20% of the population of the country can lead you to think they arent as many but when you consider the U.S. population is over 350M it makes perfect sense.
I also dont think the numbers on Cuba are anywhere near accurate. I always thought their black poppulation was about 25% but according to these numbers in OP it would barely be 10%

So you're saying that Brazil is only 8% black? That doesn't sound right at all. And what makes you black in Brazil? Phenotype or genotype? Or social status? Or a mix of all of it? It's a lot of factors that maybe don't make it into official numbers
WTF does that even mean? I hear nikkas say this shyt all the time. Ain't no such thing as "biracial". There is black and there is white. If you have dark skin and kinky to curly hair you are black. If you have pink skin under the sun and straight hair, you are white.
Race is a social construct. Its not REAL. To believe someone can be half one social construct and half another is a joke.
There are no biracial people. There are only humans who we've decided can be separated based on phenotypes that are not necessarily connected to genotypes.
