1. Tom Brady - naturally cerebral in the pocket, his methodical gameplay is as fun to watch as a great defensive display from Floyd Mayweather. He may be 35 years ols but the assets he has don't wear down with age, he could easily get into coaching or maybe commentary after he hangs it up. He takes great consideration to proper nutrition and conditioning. During these next few years he might solidify himself as the greatest quarteback of all-time.
2. Aaron Rodgers - developed quickly at the NFL level, strong arm, great pocket presence for his age
3. Drew Brees - a natural leader and great fit for any offensive scheme that's supplemented with a good running attack.
4. Matt Ryan - strong arm, consistently makes good reads
5. Eli Manning
6. Carson Palmer - I think he'll do good things in Oakland, definitely will start over Matt Leinart
7. Ben Roethlisberger
8. Joey Flacco
9. Peyton Manning - I'm not counting him out
10. Jay Cutler

Not bad. Surprised Big Ben is still in the top 10. I know bunch of people were saying he was done after those 2 INT's in the Cowboys and Bengals game late in the season. The list seems as accurate as possible. Don't know about Romo though.
