The dumbest thing was Miz waiting to go into the Rumble at a later spot. I was watching one of the older Rumbles, I think it was 1991, and Macho Man didn't come out for his spot. Gorilla immediately mentioned that whoever was supposed to come out has until the next person comes out before they're eliminated.

Why doesn't everyone just wait until whenever they want to come in if that works kayfabe wise

I enjoyed the Rumble, but I agree with the camera work being noticeably bad. Kevin Dunn is a loser.

It was better than the past two years. Sure it wasn't perfect but it was entertaining to me. I wish they would have used a few spots for nostalgic surprise entrants though.

But yeah at this point my desire to go to Mania has dropped. HHH/Reigns and Brock/Bray is Summerslam worthy at best.

I think it's time for them to realize Roman is a bust, he isn't nor will he ever be A list talent. The fans hate him. He should turn heel at mania and work that till maybe he gets over as a face .

I think Reigns should confront Heyman and Lesnar tonight at the beginning of raw and be like these motherfukkers got us! they sent the League of Nations after me in the Wyatts out for you the two biggest threats in the Royal Rumble eliminated.... Eh, Kofi's elimination spots have gotten to the point of self-parody the last few years. Him getting eliminated by Jericho tho.

And why so early at number 3? No one's expecting him to win or even be there at the end but his elimination seemed early and you could feel the crowd deflate and never recover for the rest of the match.

I think they wanted to keep him away from the Wyatt/Lesnar/Authority fukkery, which was probably for the better.

Nope. His elimination was just right (even though I didn't like him debuting at the Rumble). If he was there at the end and it was Reigns, HHH and him, the ending would have been shyt on heavily similar to when got eliminated. KO was the right person to do it too.

Kevin Owens was literally the only person in the Rumble who could eliminate AJ Styles without the crowd going completely berserk. They did a good job with that.

1. HHH is the biggest mark for himself of all time. You guys realize that this entire "winner of the Rumble wins the belt" angle they've been building around was only added as a stipulation after the fact, just to make HHH champion in 2016? There's no logical reason he should have the title other than to stroke his own ego like a mark. He doesnt need to be champ to fight Roman (or anyone else) at Mania because he always gets a match anyway, and kayfabe-wise he doesnt need to win the rumble to main event Mania because he's the boss, he can just make that the card whenever he wants. So you took two tried and true tropes that could set up big matches and solidify guys- the title match and the ticket to Mania - combined em together, and then wasted them both on a fossil that doesnt need it in kayfabe or in real life. And in the process you also had him beat your two top faces clean so absolutely no one looks strong, and you wasted a perfect opportunity to turn either one of em and swerve everybody in favor of the finish that was both the most predictable outcome and the one nobody wanted to see.

HHH being WWE Champion in 2016 and headlining Wrestlemania is hilarious and just shows how fukking terrible this company is right now.

One thing I realized watching last night is that aside from needing an actual face for this company, they need a good heel. I think KO could be it but the McMahon family won't remove themselves long enough for anyone else to take that spot
