I'd put Nas over Kim at least. Nas is much more iconic for his music than Kim is for her's. Lil' Kim is more iconic for style/fashion/look/image than for her music. On the other hand, Nas is not only a big deal in Hip Hop, but Nas is still sought after outside of Hip Hop. R&B singers and Pop stars have tapped Nas for his 16's ranging from Alicia Keys to Jennifer Lopez. He had Amy Winehouse making songs about him. You have outlets like CNN writing articles about how Nas is the greatest lyricist in Hip Hop.

All bull aside, Nas is probably one of the few artists in Hip Hop that's celebrated just based on the music and not business acumen, acting, and endorsements. All of the extra curricular stuff doesn't really apply to him.
