its not all bed of roses in toronto either

vancouver has cheaper rent than toronto
and buying ah ouse in the burbs surrey, delta, richmond, burnaby is cheaper than buying a house in markham, vaughan, oakville, mississauga

i live in vaughan ontario population percentage of black people 2%

Oh, I know. Toronto is terrible as well. I honestly don't understand how a couple starting out could make it on their own without major financial assistance from one of their parents.

vancouver is the most homogeneous city in north america. wall to wall chinese immigrants. not even the good kind of asian variety we have in california. just chinese
downtown buildings with no character, all a bunch of condos owned and rented by chinese ppl
