Pretty sure cacs and mexicans have AAs beat. Pretty sure syphilis for example, is a huge problem in the white community not the black one.

I live in Louisiana and Imma have to agree with dude on this one. Of course there are way more white people so their gonna have more reported cases but black folks have a higher percentage of people infected. Also those Southern states also Louisiana/Mississippi/Alabama/Georgia/ have some of the highest HIV/AIDS rates and most new reported cases are African Americans
