Facts. Frieza and Vegeta are the obvious GOATS, and King Piccolo is underrated. He might be the only villain who legit took over the world. Dude murked the ETERNAL DRAGON
I think a lot of cats are sleeping on King Piccolo because they missed the OG Dragonball and only watched Z.
Cell was cool, but he never would have never gotten as strong as he did if the heroes had been on point.

I see people picking Cell but lets be honest here . Goku coulda finished him off himself but decided to "sacrifice" himself to unlock his son's hidden potential

I don’t really consider Vegeta Beerus and Jiren villains

Yea thats why I didnt put in Vegeta even tho he was the main villain of the Saiyan saga and arguably the second main threat of the Frieza saga, I just fukk with him too heavy

Jiren was raw as fukk but very simple as a character, strictly fluff. Kid Buu was a god damn problem tho and should really have his own spot on poll

If movie Broly (Super not Z) was in I wouldve voted for him because while not really a villain they were in real danger of getting murked until they fused

But I voted for Frieza and Cell for obvious reasons, and my dark horse is Goku Black/Zamasu. Very underrated fights from his first appearance to when he unlocked Rosé, good backstory with Zamasu being a Kai that was tired of mortals fukkery Plus he bodied Trunks whole timeline AND Chichi and Goten

Also he had slick ass techniques (the pink sword blade into energy needle attack was ) it was all good until the ending which was
