Seattle above NY....wow!!...I know the rent was getting outta control up here but damn!....
I'm looking for places in Seattle right now. Places like Renton are asking for at least 1,000 for a 1 bedroom. And is not the nice areas of Renton either. It's ridiculous really.

A friend of mine is also looking for a spot and that's how I know all this shyt....I'm glad as fukk I own a home....my property value increased tremendously but my property tax did go up...a mixed blessing...

Because of its proximity to San Francisco and the housing 5-7 years ago was hella cheap so the tech industry guys who couldn't afford 1.2 million for a 2100 sq ft house would just move right across the bridge and bus to work.
