Making it to the conference title isn't necessarily indicative of being one of the top 5 football minds/coaches, development also isn't, a lot goes into that, Rodgers specifically benefitted from coaching continuity and sitting behind a future HOFer in Favre ...mccarthy was a legit OC....but yes, i question putting him as top 5. He's also one of the few coaches that didn't have to deal with QB woes, went from Favre to Rodgers...very few coaches get to transition like that. I asked you a legit question as to why you put him there...yet you're getting defensive. I've also seen him outcoached on multiple occasions. None of this means he isn't good at his job, but I don't see him as top 5
