Vegeta (Before he turned good)
Buu
Piccolo (Before he turned good)
The Androids (17 and 18 in particular)

Frieza and vegeta both were beast baddies. They made shyt seem hopeless at certain points. When Vegeta survived that spirit bomb I was like you gotta be fukking kidding me.

Brolly sucked. He didn't even have a personality or motive, dude was was basically just some dumb, musclebound "Me Destroy!" type of dude. Still better than Vegeta though.
