Top 5 “less than” AAA games for this gen??

What’s your top 5 games for this gen that are smaller than full retail AAA titles.

Not just indies, cause the lines are blurry now. Some indie games have full AAA budget and scope (BG3)and some non-indies have smaller budget and scope (Helldivers)


So which “smaller” games have been your favorite this gen??

Lies of P
Coc00n
Bramble
Tunic

All games i had a great time with, and would give top scores, but also acknowledge the much smaller budget and scope these games hit. (Like i’d give unsighted a 10, and Cyberpunk a 9, but also acknowledge the two games scope can’t actually be compared)

Yeah maybe, but which ones would be considered one “A”?

And there’s some titles people would consider “AAA” but are still way smaller than a huge title like BG3.

Mostly just looking for opinions on titles outside of the big AAA conversation. IMO these are the games that keep this whole shyt glued together, but the industry as a whole pretends they don’t exist.
