SMOOV-E HAS SOME CLASSIX DURING HIS MAC DRE DAYS.. WHILE SAAFIR IS A BETTER PURE MC, HIS CATALOGUE IS LACKING. MARVALESS GETS POINTS FOR HER STATURE AS A LEGENDARY NORCAL FEMCEE. MC HAMMERS STATURE AT HIS PEAK WAS ALSO UNDENIABLE.

Never been a Smoove E fan, but I’m glad you like him. And Marvaless is one of my favorite female mcs of all time, but I don’t like female mcs so none of them would make a list for me.

Also, Saafir’s first 3 albums are great. Most would call ‘Boxcar Sessions’ in particular a classic. Plus he’s had some amazing features over the years, especially those with fellow Golden State Warriors Ras Kass and Xzibit. His verse on 3 Card Molly alone makes him one of the best rappers ever to walk planet earth. Not even to mention the legendary Hobo Junction vs. Hiero battle and how his part in said battle cemented the victory over Casual. And there’s Harold from Menace!

The Hammer thing I won’t argue based on the fact that you seem to be leaning heavily on impact with him and I can’t disagree since it’s in your criteria.

But he made his name in the Bay Area rap scene with Yukmouth & The Regime + being a recurring feature on Mob Figaz records. He even used to be called the 6th Mob Figga. He deserves to be on that list in the Top 100 at least. Don't know about 50.

Theres plenty of other rappers who WE feel can be on the list.
