When hip hop allows writers to write bunch of shyt for decades, don't be surprised when everyone's mocking hip hop. This is some a$$hole or a team of them writing a list of rappers they don't like.
Nelly and his crew made it to the top by themselves, they were not introduced by some big rapper, they were not industry plants. Nelly had the balls to go against Krs and he did well.
EL-P is one of the worst rappers and he's not even on the list, he can't even rap on beat, but the list creator puts producers like Mannie Fresh or RZA who can rap decently, come on yall, this is hiphopinfinity loser backpack hipsters mocking the art they know nothing about. And no one's gonna check them, unless Wu send some goons to have a talk.

I know people still clown Silkk for being one of the woats, but there’s at least 20 rappers that came out in the past 5 years that took that title. I can’t name 20 but I’m sure 20 can be named. Nick Cannon ain’t even bad comparing him to more recent rappers. It seems like a person made the list and sprinkled a few people in for clout
