According to the affidavit, the ex-girlfriend said that she fell on the ground during a struggle with Robinson over the purse and injured her knee. She said she ran after Robinson, and he dropped the purse but took her cellphone.

Well hell - A&M don't need him anyway, he fumbled.

I honestly wouldn't put a kid in jail over this. He's obviously acting stupid cuz the girl doesn't want him anymore.

Probation,community service and a 'stay out of my courtroom' should be enough.
I highly doubt he goes to jail over this. This is more like a "domestic dispute" then "robbery". It'll probably get pleaded down and he'll do community service

hes not seeing any jailtime over this. the problem is he put his shot in major jeopardy, over the most trivial dumbest shyt possible. schools will look the other way on a lot of juvenile shyt, but hiding in bushes to rob someone is pushing that to the limit. just a straight dumbass
