One of the top managers came to the warehouse I work at asking why turnover rate was high. I pressed him about not being able to even afford a single bedroom apartment off of $16 an hour and then he backed off and started juelzing about how he made $7.25 an hour right he got out of the marines so we should be grateful.

I bet it was a cac

2022 /2023 these companies will start reducing staff. Employees had leverage in 2021/2022…it will be short lived IMO.


What's been the update come May 2022? Would it help learning Spanish or Japanese as a side bonus? I know a chick who did the shopping thing at Whole foods. She ended up being fired but flipped that into being a translator for a bilingual law firm she's making pretty good money.

We have already seen a number of layoffs and hiring freezes. Best way to not be laid off is your work positively impacts your company’s bottom line. Still no one is layoff proof. High performers have a better chance of keeping their jobs.
