Topics/Subjects that you would teach Black children for home schooling?

I’m trying to create a syllabus to home school my daughter (5th grade). So many people don’t know about Black inventions or Henrietta Lacks.

Any assist on good subjects or topics? I’m just getting started. Thanks.
