A big reason why TO's gun/murder rates arent as high as spots like KC n sh*t is cuz guns are illegal up here man

Are you white? Have you ever been to Western Canada? Blacks are definitely not the biggest criminals in Vancouver. Granted, it's not the blackest city out there but you made the claim.
As for blacks failing academically, go to the University of Alberta and you'll see tons of blacks (Caribbean and African) in engineering, law, accounting etc. And I've seen plenty of "doctors, nurses, physiotherapist and all types of health professionals" of black descent, including a few in my immediate family

My gun is legal and I understand your point but none of the guns contributing to these high ass crime/murder rates are legal in the U.S. Nobody is paying $1000 for a new .45, handling all the necessary paper work to register it, then shooting up the block. They're using black market guns, usually with no serial numbers.
