I would say they made several miscues/head scratching plays in several pressure moments to lose the game. With a couple of each in this game 7.
That play where the dude on first base got out because he thought vlad got walked - miscue/headscratching
bases loaded, 1 out, still not scoring - miscue/headscratching
IKF on 3rd base and not scoring because his lead was trash - miscue headscratching
all those were pressure moments.

Game 6.- 2nd and 3rd no outs. Next batter swings at the first pitch pop out. Next batter flies out dude gets doubled off second. Entire rally and game over in 3 pitches. Every pressure moment at the plate they folded.

Pitchers would get like 8-10 complete games a year in the regular season
Last time a pitcher had 10 CG was 2011
