I'm surprised they haven't, hell, as soon as the Dodgers got Ohtani, he was putting in work to get Yamamoto, then they both convinced Roki to sign there.

I can see them continuing this til they retire or leave.

I mean the Dodgers are the ogs with Hideo. I remember as a kid how popular he was when he came over

I’m not sure about Yoshi but Ohtani is 100% fluent in English. He has been living here for 7 years now and is a smart dude.

They also have access to the best language teachers money can buy. I'll give Yoshi the benefit of the doubt since he hasn't been over here that long, but Ohtani been here almost 10 years. He should be fluent in Spanish and English by now

this series will haunt the blue jays franchise forever. you don't just move on from this type of loss...whenever the blue jays are talked about, they'll bring this series up and all of the little mistakes that cost them a championship. i'm not even a jays fan and i was disgusted at how they blew it.
