Guy knows how to draw those PI penalties that's for sure. Whoever signs him needs to put a clause in his contract that pays him less if the PI rules get changed so that it's only a 15 yard penalty instead of a spot foul.

lol I think incarceratedbob tweeted something about Smith coming to a deal with San Fran. Hasn't really taken off like all the other deals have so who knows. San Fran definitely needs receiver help so it makes sense I guess.

I appreciate the love Torrey showed my city...he was really in the community doing great things...seeing him at Jimmys Seafood ALL THE TIME(ppl hate Ray Rice but he was always up there too, doing things for the community) showing love to all the kids was dope...he's a good dude...wish him nothing but the best in his next journey
