To be fair everybody who got really big/relevant in Toronto is a singer/rapper tbf

"Put the world on our sound...you know Party and The Weeknd"

But that's because ..they got the most hype and backing behind them. That is not what most of Toronto rappers are sounding like.

I know this because I'm actually into and been discovering and getting into Toronto hip hop years ago through a wanna be NY rapper from Toronto by the name of Raz Fresco before most You Drake dorks started dikk riding w/e Drake feeds you and his clones or shall I say ghost writers

There's way more Toronto cats making drill/trap sounding shyt or trynna sound like 90s and early 00s rappers then there are Tory Lanez & Drakes.

Why do you guys need to say "dikk riding" everytime you're discussing something. Like every single post lol

Drill is Chicago, it isn't Toronto sound. Show me something out of Toronto that comes even slightly close to House Of Balloons. There isn't.
What has put Toronto on the map is the innovative music from people like Weeknd and Party. House Of Balloons the best album out of Toronto of all time probably.

I do like trap music in that Canadian accent though
