And a Napoleon Complex all that is recipe for disaster.Honestly he prob did do it.
He's a hot head naturally, and alsina said he was smoking a coke laced blunt when he hit him.
Mix that with alcohol and ego and![]()
Yeah i noticed that too, this charge has nothing to do with shooting Meg, but with improper discharging of a firearm. low key makes it seem like an accidental discharge rather than a malicious murder attempt. Its opposite of a wrap, DA adds charges like these when they think the original charges wont stick.
It didnt add to his max sentence, which usually means they know he getting off on the original charges (shooting meg). They trying to pin any kind of time on him to win the case, since he was arrested with the gun (although no gun residue) originally, the DA might convince the jury that Tory some how shot the gun in the air or some shyt.
But this also a key point in showing that Meg did not get shot at all and the DA is going after Tory more so for the gun than meg getting hurt
Tory might have to sit 1-2 years for the gun at this point

He definitely would have accepted a plea deal if he didn't think he had a chance to beat it. It's common knowledge if you fight something and they find you guilty they gonna hit you with the max they can hit you with.I think a case with strong conclusive evidence would have been wrapped up....yes
