I still in awe...Tory shouldve took the stand....Tory shouldve told what happened. Im always gonna take the stand and defend myself. And that phone call in the jailhouse hinestly could have been over anything. He did start a fight between 2 bestfriends, so naturally apologizing isnt too far fetched from the how the convo sounded that was recorded. Also again...why Kelsey take the 5th? She wasnt on trial and was a material witness. And I read from the trial, a witness said they saw a flash come from Kelsey...how the lawyers not hang they hat on that?
