Hell, my favorite way is to take it while it's frozen, salt/pepper/sear it for about 1:30 a side,
then let it rest,
cut it as thin as possible,
season it again however,
put it between parchment paper and pound it paper thin with a meat mallet tenderizer thingie.
It's like munching on ultra beef flavored deli sliced steak that costs 13 bucks a pound.
